Weber Tong-Ming SU

Weber is currently an Associate with CSV, responsible for all the deal sourcing, due diligence, negotiation, and structuring of investment transaction in Beijing. He also works with portfolio companies in their operations and business development.

Prior to CSV, Weber worked in Egon Zehnder International,where he helped private equity firms search and recruit investment professionals, portfolio company CFOs and board members. He also helped multi-national corporations select C-Level xecutives. He assisted Egon Zehnder International in setting up its Beijing office, and developing the firm’s Corporate Governance Practice Group in Greater China. Before Egon Zehnder International, Weber served as an Associate Consultant in Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, where he obtained exposure to the implementation of ERP system and reform of Central State-owned Enterprise (CSOE), e.g. addressing issues from Sovereign Wealth Fund (SWF) and disposing of Nonperforming Loans (NPL) in the SASAC (The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission) project.

Weber received his BA in English Literature and International Relations from China Foreign Affairs University (CFAU). He is fond of playing golf, basketball and reading books, and has been mentor of many college students for a number of years, voluntarily.
