Mr. Julian Cheng joined Warburg Pincus in 2000. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Cheng was in investment banking with Salomon Smith Barney and Deutsche Bank in Hong Kong. He is a director of Coolsand Technology, RDA Microelectronics, Global Lighting and NorthPole.

Mr. Cheng received a B.A. from Harvard University.
