Mr. Joe Zhou is a Partner at SAIF Partners ("SAIF"). Since he joined SAIF in 2001, he leads and manages a numbers of SAIF's investment in
China including Shanda ("SNDA"), Acorn , ATA, Alchip , Joymedia, Jade Chip, Sicomm Tech, Risecomm, My Show, Ad-union, Jiahe, Huanqiu Yasi, Unionpay Merchant, UnionPay Loyalty Program Services, and MDC. He also co-sponsored a SAIF investment in foundry area in China, Hejian. He is one the most active VCs in China responsible for over $300 million invested in China since 2002. He was elected as “the top ten Venture Capitalist in China” in 2005, 2001 and year 2000 by CVCF. He was elected by TopCapital as “2005 Foreign Venture Capitalist of the Year” .

Prior to joining SAIF, Mr. Zhou worked at Softbank China Venture Capital from 2000 to 2001 as the Head of Beijing office. From 1995 to 1999, Mr. Zhou worked at UTStarcom China as Vice President. From 1992 to 1995, Mr. Zhou worked at AT&T Bell Laboratory as a consultant.

Mr. Zhou received a BSEE from the Beijing University of Technology in 1982, a MSEE from New Jersey Institute of Technology in 1990.

周志雄先生现任赛富基金管理公司合伙人( “赛富” )。他于2001 年加入赛富，领导和管理了公司在中国地区的多项投资，包括盛大网络、橡果国际、全美测评软件系统、Alchip、Joymedia、上海杰得微电子、杭州士康射频技术有限公司、Risecomm、MyShow、Ad-union、Jiahe、 Huanqiu Yasi、Unionpay Merchant、UnionPay Loyalty Program Services 和第七空间等。他还参与了赛富对中国制造业企业——和舰科技的投资。周先生是中国最活跃的创业投资人之一，自2002 年，他总共在中国地区投资了逾3 亿美元。周先生于2000 年，2001年和2005 年被CVCF 评选为“中国十大创业投资家”。他还曾被《投资与合作》杂志评选为“2005年年度外国投资家”。

加入赛富之前，周志雄先生于2000 到2001 年担任软银中国创业投资公司北京办公室主管。1995 到1999 年间，他在UT 斯达康中国公司任副总裁。1992 到1995 年，周先生在AT&T 贝尔实验室任顾问。

周志雄先生于1982 年获得北京科技大学电子工程学士学位，1990 年获得新泽西理工大学电子工程硕士学位。
