Ms. Jing Zhao is a Managing Director of Citigroup. Prior to joining Citigroup in June 2006, she has worked at Morgan Stanley since 1994. She worked in Morgan Stanley Debt Capital Markets Group in New York before she moved to Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong in 1996. Between 1996 and 2000, Ms. Zhao was responsible for debt origination and execution for Chinese clients in Morgan Stanley's Hong Kong Debt Capital Market Group. Ms. Zhao joined China Corporate Finance Group in 2000 and has since been primarily focused on origination and transaction execution for Chinese financial institution clients and coverage of some clients in other sectors. Ms. Zhao moved to Beijing in 2002 to head Morgan Stanley's Beijing office and became co-head of China Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley in Feb 2006.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Ms. Zhao worked at the head office of the Bank of China for two years as a credit officer.

Ms. Zhao graduated from Beijing University with BA and MA degrees in Economics and received an MBA degree from Harvard Business School in
1994.

赵竞女士于2006 年6 月加入花旗集团，担任投资银行中国部门董事总经理。赵女士于1994 年加入摩根士丹利纽约总部，在债券资本市场部工作。1996 年调至香港债券资本市场部工作，之后的四年，她一直负责组织和执行摩根士丹利的中国政府及企业债券的发行工作。赵竞女士于2000 年加入中国企业金融集团，负责为中国的金融机构等客户债券组织和执行。2002 年，她被任命为摩根士丹利北京代表处首席代表，2006 年2 月起担任摩根士丹利中国投资银行业务联席主管。

加入摩根士丹利之前，赵女士在中国银行总部作为信用专员工作2 年。

赵竞女士拥有北京大学经济学学士和硕士学位，并在1994 年获得哈佛商学院的MBA 学位。
