Mr. Jason Nanchun Jiang, founder of Focus Media, has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of the company, since May 2003. From 1994 to 2003, Mr. Jiang was the Chief Executive Officer of Everease Advertising Corporation, which is one of the top 50 advertising agencies in China. Starting in 2003, Mr. Jiang was General Manager of Aiqi Advertising, an advertising company founded by his immediate family members in 1997 which was renamed FocusMedia Advertising in May 2003 in connection with the establishment of the current business operations.

In December 2003, Mr. Jiang was selected by China News Publisher’ s Media magazine as one of the “Media Personalities of the Year” . In December 2004, Mr. Jiang was selected Top 10 Entrepreneurs on a leading Venture Investment conference. In April 2005, Mr. Jiang was elected
by Top 10 “Contemporary Outstanding Advertising Media Personalities” by CCTV and Advertising Directory Newspaper.

Mr. Jiang received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chinese Language and Literature from East China Normal University in 1995. Mr. Jiang is now the guest professor for the Advertising Department of Shanghai Normal University.

江南春，1973 年3 月生于上海，分众传媒创始人。自公司于2003 年5 月成立开始担任董事局主席和首席执行官。自1994 年至2002 年，创建永怡传播有限公司并担任首席执行官。在他的带领下，永怡传播公司成为中国知名广告代理公司之一。2003 年初，首创楼宇电视联播网并创建分众传媒。

江南春先生在2003 年12 月 被中国新闻出版署《传媒》杂志评为年度传媒人物。2004 年12 月 被创业投资大会评选为十大创业企业家。2005 年4 月被中央电视台、广告导报评选为中国广告十大风云人物。2005 年7 月13 日 由江南春先生率领的分众传媒于美国纳斯达克上市，是在纳斯达克上市的中国广告传媒第一股。

江南春先生在1995 年毕业于华东师范大学，并取得汉语言文学专业学士学位。现任上海师范大学广告系客座教授。
