Mr. Howard Zhang is the Managing Partner of O'Melveny & Myers' Beijing office. Howard's areas of practice include public offerings and private placements of securities, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and foreign direct investments in the People’ s Republic of China. Howard represents leading private equity firms, venture capital funds, investment banks, multinational companies and entrepreneurial growth companies in complex cross-border transactions and financing activities. Howard was recognized a leading lawyer in private equity/venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets, by Asia Law & Practice and was included in IFLR’ s Guide to World’ s Leading Private Equity Lawyers.
