Mr. Jin is currently the Chairman of Shenzhen Capital Group Co.,Ltd ("SCGC"), Deputy Chairman of Shenzhen Chamber of Investment and Commerce, Executive vice president of Shenzhen Financial Consultant Association, Executive vice president of Shenzhen Financial Consultant Association.

Before joining SCGC, Mr. Jin was deputy GM of Shenzhen SEG Group Co., Ltd and GM of SEG Co., Ltd, a listed company in Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Mr. Jin has thirty years of professional experiences in business administration, investment and capital market operation. In the past years, he had managed five public firms in China and was Global Strategy Investment Fund’ s China representative.

Mr. Jin holds a Master Degree in Engineering Science of Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He attended Morgan Stanley's advanced training classes in New York Headquarters and received the certificate of honor.

靳海涛先生现任深圳市创新投资集团有限公司董事长、深圳市投资商会常务副会长、深圳市金融顾问协会执行副会长和温州市投资协会名誉会长。他曾任深圳市赛格集团有限公司常务副总经理，中国上市公司赛格股份有限公司总经理，曾直接管理过中国境内的五家知名上市公司。靳先生还曾担任全球策略投资基金驻中国特别代表。靳先生有近30 年的企业管理、投融资和资本市场运作的经验，是国家科技部科技经济专家委员会专家。

靳先生拥有华中理工大学工学硕士学位，并曾在摩根斯丹利纽约总部接受高级培训并获证书。
