Mr. Chihtsung Lam is a founder and Managing Director of Axiom Asia Private Capital ("Axiom"), which manages a dedicated Asia fund of funds.

Prior to Axiom, Chihtsung was the Executive Vice President at GIC Special Investments (GIC SI), the private equity arm of the Government of
Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC), an organization he was with from 1993 to 2006. At different points in time in his 12 year private equity career with GIC SI, Chihtsung headed GIC SI's global venture capital program, Asia direct investments program, and North America private equity program. He was a member of GIC SI's management committee and investment committee.

Chihtsung joined GIC from Schroders in Singapore, where he was an investment banker working on Asian transactions. Chihtsung graduated with a degree in Philosophy from Cambridge University, UK.

在创办Axiom Asia 之前的1993 年到2006 年间，蓝先生担任新加坡政府直接投资公司（“GIC SI”）的执行副总裁，并先后负责GIC SI 全球创业投资、亚洲直接投资和北美私募投资项目，并是其管理委员会和投资委员会成员。加入GIC 以前，蓝先生供职于英国投资银行Schroders 的新加坡分公司，负责亚洲市场业务。

蓝先生拥有英国剑桥大学的哲学学士学位。
