Mr. Chang Sun is Managing Director of Warburg
Pincus Hong Kong office and a member of
Warburg Pincus’ Executive Management Group,
responsible for the firm’ s investment activities in
North Asia. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus in
1995, Mr. Sun was an executive director in the
Investment Banking Division and Principal
Investment Area of Goldman Sachs (Asia) LLC.
Mr. Sun also worked at Lepercq, de Neuflize &
Co., a leverage buyout firm and at the United
Nations Headquarters.
Mr. Sun holds a BA from the Beijing Foreign
Studies University, a joint degree of MA/MBA
from the Joseph Lauder Institute of International
Management and the Wharton School of the
University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Sun is a member of the Listing Committee of
the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, the founding
chairman of the China Venture Capital Association, a founder and Vice Chairman of the
China Real Estate Investors and Developers
Association, and a director of Kasen International
Holdings, Gome Electrical Appliances Holdings,
Harbin Pharmaceutical Group, EnerChina and
Intime Group. |
